My Banh Mi Bites in New South Wales

Rolls are crusty, veges are crisp and delicious, the chicken is yummy and there's just the right amount of sauces and chilli. I'm a fan."

"Unassuming little spot with some great Banh Mi. The grilled pork (no# 1 on the menu) was excellent, marinated and full of flavour, the veggies crisp, good amount of coriander and fresh chili (I asked for lots), the pate & mayo ratio was also bang on. The real hero was the bread though - freshly baked, had that classic crispy crust and soft airy centre with a little chew - best I’ve had on the Coast for that Vietnamese style long roll. The couple that run it were full of smiles, and clearly put some love into making their food. They open early (for me a spicy Banh Mi is a champion breakfast choice) so a massive bonus, a lot of places open too late IMO, but don’t leave it too late if you’re a fan of having one for lunch as they close around 3pm I think. The shop is very clean, the seating is basic (we sat outside), but the food is very much on point. Very happy with this new find, I’ll be calling in regularly."
